  • Cheese - 70 g.

Cut hard cheese into three equal parts, for three different fillings. Put all three pieces of cheese in boiling water, turn off the heat and leave the cheese for 20 minutes.

While the cheese is softened in boiling water, prepare the filling.

Clean the sausage and cut into small pieces. Chop dill. We cut walnuts.


The cheese has already softened, we take one part out of the water and on the cutting board, previously wrapped with food film so that the cheese does not stick, we begin to roll the cheese, like dough, into a cake.


We roll the cake of rolled cheese with creamy melted cheese over the whole surface.


We put sliced ​​sausage on the cheese and wrap the cheese in a long roll. Roll pack food film and set aside on a plate.

One of my favorite snacks is the liver cake. Moreover, it can be baked from any liver: chicken, pork, beef. Take the one you love more. Everyone will like this dish, except the inveterate, not liver lovers. Although this snack is called “cake”, it is prepared quickly. At the festive table, such a snack looks very beautiful, and children also eat it with pleasure. I am writing about children because I know: many of them do not eat the liver, but in this version they don’t refuse it.

Sauce (layer) can be done in different ways. It all depends on the taste. I really like the carrot and onion version with sour cream. Instead of sour cream can be used.

If you do not like carrots, you can take fried champignons with onions, or paprika with onions, or all together. You can also add to the "cream" finely chopped boiled eggs. Many people like the easiest and fastest version of the sauce - garlic mayonnaise. Cooking option choose to your taste.

Ingredients for liver cake:

dough:

  • beef liver (you can any) - 500 gr.
  • raw eggs - 2 pcs. large or 3 pcs. smaller
  • flour - 4 tbsp. l
  • salt, black pepper, spices - to taste

sauce:

  • carrots - 1 pc. average
  • onion - 2 pcs. medium
  • sour cream (mayonnaise) - 180 gr.
  • vegetable oil for frying (the best option is olive oil)
  • greens, boiled eggs for decoration

Cooking method.

1. First, let's do the liver. It must be rinsed well. If it is chicken liver, check for any gallbladder damage. If at least one gets into the dough, the taste will be bitter and tasteless.

2. Now you need to chop the liver. I always do this with a blender (which is done in 2 minutes), but you can skip through a meat grinder.

3. Add eggs to the liver, flour, salt, spices. Mix together with a spoon or blender.

4. Everything, dough is ready in 3 minutes. Now you need to bake liver pancakes. Pour some cooking oil on a preheated frying pan and pour our dough. Make pancake thickness to your taste. But it is better not to make it very fat. When the pancake is reddened on one side, turn it over and fry a little more.

5. When the pancakes are ready, leave them to cool and cook the sauce.

6. Finely chop the onion, rub the carrot on a fine grater. Put the vegetables in a pre-heated pan, save them, bring to taste: salt and pepper.

7. Now collect the cake. The first pancake is smeared with sour cream (mayonnaise), spread vegetables on top. You can immediately mix the sour cream with vegetables and coat each pancake with ready-made sauce.

8. Decorate the cake with greens and yolk (or as you wish).

9. Leave the cake for 1 hour to soak. Enjoy your meal!

Eggplants should be rolled up while they are warm, because cold ones will not wrap well. Therefore, the filling is better to do in advance.

5. Heat milk in a saucepan. While it is not boiling, spread butter and flour into it. Mix everything quickly with a whisk and bring to a boil. When the mixture is warm, add sour cream and mix everything well. This is the ready sauce for julienne.

6. Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees.

7. Now you need to mix the chicken with the mushrooms, check for salt and pepper. If all is well, then lay the mixture in shape and fill it with milk sauce.

8. Scrub the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle them in the forms of Julien.

9. Now send the julienne to bake for 20 minutes before the roasting of the cheese crust. To melt cheese faster, it is better to take a semi-solid.

10. To the table the julienne is served hot right in the cocoon. You can decorate with greens.
