The method of preparation is as follows:

  • 20 gr sesame seeds
  • 1 kg of ready-made puff and yeast dough.

The scheme of preparation:

  1. Remove lamb from veins and layers, cut it very finely or pass through a meat grinder along with fat.
  2. Peel onion and finely chop. Mix with stuffing, spices and butter.
  3. Dough thin roll out and cut into squares. Fill the filling in the middle. Connect the edges of the samsa to make the envelopes. Lubricate the egg yolks and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.

One of the most popular caves snacks in my arsenal of pies and pies. I'm not a special lover of the test, I'm always afraid that it will not rise or be elastic or crumbly, so I prefer to use a ready-made dough, the choice of which in supermarkets is now overwhelming.
